Grievance mechanisms

Grievance mechanisms are an important way to address harms caused by a project, including SEA, but can be difficult for children and their families to navigate if they aren't specially designed with children in mind. Grievance mechanisms should be accessible to children and ready to communicate using child-friendly and age appropriate language, as well as understanding concepts like decision making in the best interests of the child. See below for resources on child-friendly grievance mechanisms.
